XR Boston at Wake Up the Earth Parade & Festival

Wake Up the Earth is a parade and festival dedicated to welcoming spring and celebrating the power of taking collective action to make positive change in our world! And XR will be marching in the parade! Come march with us- we will be sporting flags, costumes, puppets and streamers and generally adding climate justice beauty and energy to the parade!

Take a shift at at the XR table afterwards to talk with festival-goers about how they can get involved in the movement for climate justice.

Parade: Meet at Curtis Hall parking lot, 20 South St., Jamaica Plain. The parade is about 2 miles walking. Festival: we will have a table and be running activities from 12-5. Festival location is Stonybrook T station, JP.

Bring sunscreen, sun protection, reusable water bottle, a snack.

Suggested dress code: Colorful! Exuberant! Joyful!
