Cancelled - Protestor Health and Safety Training

This event is cancelled due to coronavirus concerns.

We try to plan actions so everyone stays safe and healthy. An important piece of that is having people on site who have training on how to keep themselves, and others around them safe.

Join us for a day long training to learn the basic skills of how you can be a safer protestor. This will not get everyone fully trained to be a street medic (the total training is 20 hours), but will help cover some of the introductory material. We hope to schedule follow up trainings that would allow you to become a full street medic later in the summer.

Note: there may be potential at this event for some people with medical backgrounds to stay later if they aren't too tired to get them fully trained to be street medics.
