XRDC Meditation & Discussion

This biweekly meditation and discussion is a regular gathering of the XRDC Buddhist and Meditators affinity group. We welcome everyone who wants to join us. Each meeting follows the same format. There's a brief check-in, followed by 20 minutes of silent mediation; then there's a short talk (10 minutes or so) by one of our members and time afterwards for mindful sharing and listening. The event ends with a business meeting that everyone is invited to attend.
