Come learn about Extinction Rebellion Massachusetts and the Emergency Everywhere Campaign in Newburyport. We are asking the City of Newburyport to Declare a Climate and Ecological Emergency now! We seek to recognize the urgency, unite efforts locally and call for more aggressive action on the state and federal levels. Newburyport would join the twenty seven other Massachusetts communities that have have declared a climate emergency. Our presentation will include a power point show, a meditation for the Earth, postcard signing to urge the Mayor and City Council to declare, plus time for Q&A.
