Love It, Don't Lose It - Valentine's Day Parade

Be Earth's Valentine.

Join us this Valentine's Day for a L O V E parade to express our love for the planet, share that love with the public, and raise awareness about the climate and ecological crisis that threatens the things we love and want to protect <3.

We'll gather at the Arlington St T Stop (in front of the Arlington St Church) and parade around the Copley and Newbury St. area to all the lovebirds shopping and eating. We'll have some signs, but we encourage you to make a sign or bring something that shares what you love about this planet and what you don't want to lose. We'll have love themed chants and songs to sing down the street after we make a few opening remarks. Masks are required and please socially distance when possible. We'll engage the Valentines passers-by and urge them to join with XR to demand the world's governments ACT NOW to prevent losing what we love. We will have flyers styled like valentines to hand out to the people we come by <3 :)

We'll wrap up at the Boston Public Library around 3PM. What better way to spend some of your Valentine's Day than fighting for what you love and don't want to lose?!
